Distillery
The Family Jones Spirit House in Denver is the lab where we create, hone and craft all of our recipes. The Family Jones Distillery in Loveland is our slightly larger, slightly senior, craft spirits studio. It is the whiskey to our Manhattan—both base and compliment.
Located one hour north of Denver in Loveland, Colorado, the distillery houses our workhorse still, a bottling line and an enticing cache of ingredients. It’s not open to the public...yet...but we’ll let you know when it is.
Led by distiller Rob Masters, both distilleries employ Colorado water, locally sourced grains, and thoughtfully curated botanicals. The result: sustainably produced libations characterized by nuance and texture.
Our current top-shelf lineup includes Stopgap Bourbon, Stopgap Rye, Juniper Jones Gin, Annika Jones Vodka, and Mo Jones Rum. Rounding out the offerings are Jones House Gin and Vodka.

Annika Jones
VODKA
A clean, crisp vodka with a slightly floral touch. Annika ones features single-estate Colorado grown grain. 40% ABV / 80 Proof – 750 ML

Spearmint, ripened corn, butterscotch.
Juniper Jones
GIN
Juniper Jones is the perfect balance between a London Dry (juniper forward) Gin and a “New World,” softer botanical driven gin. 48.5% ABV / 97 Proof – 750 ML

Muted juniper, dill, cucumber, dark chocolate.
MO Jones
RUM
A very unusual rum, beginning as slow fermented molasses, it adheres to no traditional rules or styles. Funky, vegetal, briny, slightly sweet, earthy, fruity. 40% ABV / 80 Proof – 750 ML

Tropical fruits, charred sugar cane, vanilla bean.
Stopgap Jones
Rye
StopGap Rye is a slightly spicier American Whiskey. This Rye is lovely on its own, or mixed into classic cocktails such as a Manhattan or Old Fashioned. 45% ABV / 90 Proof – 750 ML

BOURBON
An extremely well rounded four-grain American Whiskey. 45% ABV / 90 Proof – 750 ML

vodka
Exceptionally clean, crisp, pure Vodka that showcases Colorado’s Rocky Mountain snowmelt water. A clean, blank canvas for cocktails. 40% ABV / 80 Proof – 750 ML

Toasted corn, butter, earthy minerals.

A well-balanced gin leaning towards a more traditional London Dry style, without being too Juniper forward. 44.5% ABV / 89 Proof – 750 ML
